Bark in the Park features a dog parade and other fun family activities.
Brooklyn Cyclones Bark in the Park
Every summer, the Brooklyn Cyclones invite fans to bring their dogs to their annual Bark in the Park baseball game at Maimonides Park (formerly MCU Park) in Coney Island. Cyclones fans and their canine friends have the opportunity for an exciting “dog’s day” of fun as the Cyclones take on another area team. Bark in the Park features a dog parade and other fun family activities. Between 2008 and 2018, the Mayor’s Alliance for NYC’s Animals was a part of this event, and arranged for on-site pet adoptions, dog licensing by NYC’s Department of Health, free microchipping, and other activities at the event.
