Whether you're a seasoned marathoner or a beginner looking to train for one, you can have guaranteed entry into the ING New York City Marathon through Miles For Paws.
All Miles For Paws NYC Marathon participants are required to fundraise a minimum of $2,600, plus the ING NYC Marathon registration fee. We make this easy by providing you with a personalized fundraising webpage. Please note, this minimum is set by NYRR and it is the same for all ING NYC Marathon Charity Partners.
Due to the limited spots available and high demand for participation, please follow the following steps to apply to represent Miles For Paws in this year's ING NYC Marathon:
If you have not already done so, please submit a Miles For Paws Application and pay your one-time team membership fee.
After you complete and submit the application and pay your membership fee, please e-mail MilesForPaws@AnimalAllianceNYC.org to request a slot in 2013 ING NYC Marathon. You will be required to agree to the following:
I agree that, if selected, I will raise a minimum of $2,600 for the Mayor's Alliance for NYC's Animals in exchange for guaranteed entry into the 2013 ING NYC Marathon. I understand that there is no option to withdraw once registered. I understand that I am responsible for raising the $2,600 minimum by October 27, 2013, even if for any reason I am unable to participate in or complete the ING NYC Marathon on November 3, 2013. If I have not reached the minimum requirement by that date, I will be responsible for the balance owed. All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
