ASPCAASPCA Spay/Neuter Clinic

The ASPCA provides services for community cats at their Stationary Clinic in Glendale, Queens. The free spay/neuter package includes a rabies vaccination and left eartipping. Limited wellness services such as FVRCP vaccinations, FIV/FeLV testing, and flea treatment are also available on request and at reduced cost.

You must register with the ASPCA in order to use their free spay/neuter clinic, transport, and trap bank services. To register, visit the ASPCA’s online Rescuer Services Scheduler (RSS). The RSS system replaces the ASPCA’s paper Terms of Use Agreement, and allows you to book, view, edit, and cancel spay/neuter and transport appointments and trap bank reservations online, 24/7. A color-coded calendar makes it easy to view appointment availability online in real time in case last-minute appointments are needed.

How it works: Each rescuer has an account — either as an individual or as part of a rescue organization — where Terms of Use Agreements can be e-signed, appointments made, etc. Each rescue organization also has an account, held by an authorized representative, for managing their list of rescuers. Terms of Use Agreements signed by rescuers under an organization are subject to that organization’s approval.

Not online? Rescuers who do not have regular internet access may send their name and address to the ASPCA in order to receive a paper agreement: ASPCA Spay/Neuter Clinic, 1717 South Philo Road, Suite 36, Urbana, IL 61802.
